What types of inquiries do you handle?
We welcome all types of communication including technical support for using our tools, bug reports if something isn't working correctly, feature requests for new tools or improvements, general feedback about your experience, and partnership or collaboration proposals.
How quickly will I get a response?
We strive to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours during business days (Monday through Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM IST). Complex technical issues may take slightly longer as we investigate the problem thoroughly to provide an accurate solution.
I found a bug — how should I report it?
When reporting a bug, please include: the tool you were using (e.g., Image Compressor, PDF Merge), the browser and device you were on (e.g., Chrome on Windows 11), the file type and approximate size you were working with, and a description of what happened versus what you expected. Screenshots are very helpful if possible.
Can I request a new tool or feature?
